Carrara is an Italian town in the province of Massa-Carrara in Tuscany. It is the most important center in the world for the extraction and processing of its famous marble, white and very valuable that is extracted from the nearby Apuan Alps, the infamous Michelangelo personally went to choose the type of marble and the slab to use for his first work, in addition to him many other sculptors.
